Rainbow and Grey Journal - Choice of Paper
This journal is handbound using waxed grey linen thread in a Coptic stitch. The cover is wrapped in grey art paper with silver starbursts and has matching endpapers.
It contains 180 pages / 80 sheets of your choice of lined, .5cm dot grid, or blank white, acid-free sketchbook paper. This paper is fine tooth and smooth to the touch. It's suitable for dry media only. The pages are separated into 10 groups of 8 sheets, bound inside a rainbow colored sheet.
This binding method allows this book to open and lay perfectly flat for ease of use.

Artisan Papers: We use a variety of different papers in our work. Many of them are handmade in different regions of the world. Each sheet of paper is made like a piece of art, and carries with it generations of papermaking knowledge. Find out more about our artisan papers here.
Cardstock: Our cardstocks are all light-weight and acid-free. We use a variety of textures, but mostly smooth for use in our journals.
Journal Pages: Our default paper for journals is Canson Universal Sketch paper. It's best for dry media like pencil, pens, and charcoal. It's natural white, acid-free, has excellent erasability and is smudge resistant.
Lovely idea, with the rainbow segments popping out in the spine of a handsome grey patterned journal. But what really stands out is the execution. The choice of materials is very high quality. The stitching is honestly, so tight and elegant. It sits flat when you need to write in it. You could use it as a normal notebook, or use each colored segment as an individual section or series of notebooks (there are 10 colored segments). So happy with it.
